SME-830 is a smt solder paste stencil bottom ultrasonic and both side aqueous liquid spray cleaning machine.

SME-830 is a ultrasonic + spray stencil cleaning machine. Bottom ultrasonic and side spray make perfect clean result.

Clean process: water-based liquid spray clean--ultrsonic wash--DI water rinse--hot air blow dry.

SME-830 has one wash cabinet and one DI water rinse cabinet.

SME-830 has a X-Y-Z moving robort structure.

Q1. Why choose this electric stencil cleaning machine?

Q2: Can SME-830 clean 3mm thick red glue printed cooper stencil and palstic mask?

A2: Yes, it can because its powerful cleaning pressure can penatrate very little holes in the stencil and mask to wash the red glue out.

Q3: Is it very dry after wash, rinse and dry process?

A3: Yes, it is very dry because hot air temperture and air blow result.
