PLC control, TP operation. SME-5200 is consist of wash unit, rinse unit, dry unit, filter unit and electric control unit. Liqui clean, tap water rinse, hot air blow dry process are automatic conducted one by one accorind to setting programe.

Machine process: Put the dirt pallets on to the cleaning basket, setting the cleaning parameters, the machine will automatically complete wash, rinse and dry process by just pushing start key. The pallets are clean and dry after cleaning and ready for use.

A2: It depends on pallet size. for L200xW150mm pallet, it can clean about 40PCS one time.

A3: It is about 40~45 miutes, including wash,rinse and hot air blow dry time.

A4: Yes, the 1000mm diamater round basket turns at the speed of 15~20RPM
